お料理で使う食材は、毎朝調理長または社長が自ら競市に出向き、直接仕入れを行っています。
そのため、鮮度抜群、四季折々の旬の日本海の幸をお楽しみいただけます。
Sea foods used for the meal in Ryofuan are selected carefully to buy the fresh and fine qualities in the auction at the port by Ryofuan’s master or head chef in every morning.
So that the exclusively fresh Sea foods from Japan sea can be served in their best season at Ryofuan.

鳥取の恵みで育った地元食材

海産物はもちろん、お肉や野菜も地元産にこだわっています。旅風庵名物生姜鍋では、地元山本養豚場で育った豚[山宮ポークロゼ]と気高町産の日光生姜を使用しています。 針生姜も入っており、美と健康にも良い嬉しい鍋です。
Including sea foods, Meats and the vegetables are also selected among the brands of made in Tottori. For Hot-pot with ginger soup, which is popular in Ryofuan, Buta Yamamiya pork rose which bred at Yamamoto hog farm and Nikko ginger made in Ketaka town are used. The thinly sliced ginger is in the soup and this hot-pot is pleased with its good effective for the health and beauty.

因州和紙に墨蹟、版画や句集など、味わい深い作品の数々をご覧いただけます。
In the lobby or Onsen art gallery, Artworks remained by a great men or writers are displayed. Many art works of deep interest like Calligraphy on Innshu washi(Japanese paper), Block Print or the collection of Haiku can be seen.
